Oh Ron, you crafty, wily veteran. You just love to cause trouble! Ron’s new thing is staying connected for about 30 minutes and then dropping off the internet while making you think you are still on. As if job hunting isn’t enough of a challenge, Ron likes to drop out right after I type up and send a nice custom cover letter and lose it forever. Obviously, now I cut and paste in from another application, but it took me a good 3 or 4 of these before I figured …

Things happen when I get bored. I get bored when I am waiting forever for web pages to load. Therefore, O2 has now become Ron Dayne, O27.
In an earlier post I compared this Mobile Broadband stick. I don’t even know Ron Dayne but I feel like I owe him an apology already. Either way. I’m on the interwebs right now, me and Ron Dayne.
Ron Dayne has a little LED light on him that glows green for connected (at speeds that recall of a dial up modem) blue for 3G (more …

Baby kicks me all the time now! ALL the time. I actually really love it. Today, pretty much non stop from 8-10:30am it was kick, kick punch, stretch, kick, swing, swirl, kick. Michael is still not believing that I am pregnant – telling me that anyone who eats as much as I do is bound to gain a few pounds. He is also wondering what color the stork who delivers baby will be. Hopefully Baby gets my brains.

So with this article in mind I headed outside today. I walked throughout Hyde and Holland Park taking it all in. The weather has been nothing short of spectacular in London lately. It is 63 right now and there isn’t a cloud in the sky. Even I know this won’t last, so I decided to keep in spirit and blog from the great outdoors. If you read my last entry you’ll know my O2 Mobile Broadband thingy is slow. The good news is that it is just as slow out …

Dear High Speed Internets,
I miss you. Please come back. Without you I find myself exasperated, cursing your less quick relatives. I’m going crazy. I don’t like waiting for a minute while a site loads up. I like it better when I can open 80 things in new tabs and flip through them at any speed while streaming the latest tunes from Breakbeat or Pandora… Why hast thou forsaken me oh internets?
Anxiously Awaiting Your Return,
Michael
I now have an O2 mobile broadband USB thing and honestly, if I have to use this …

No, it isn’t the new hit show on NBC his Fall…
Yesterday I went over and got the keys for our new place and checked it out to make sure that everything was good to go. By the time I was back to the flat (we are leaving) it was 3:30. It became very apparent that making 3-5 tube trips and struggling with these bags would be a) miserable and b) take 6-10 hours. I opted for the cab. £40 and 40 minutes later, I was at my new place with …

Here we go. You’d never think moving 1 car load of stuff 10 miles would be an issue. That is until you do it without a car. Well today is that day folks. Jen is at work (how convenient!) and also pregnant (i think she’s faking) so she’s useless (for moving purposes.) I could just take a cab, but that is probably a £50 minimum versus ~£6 for the all day trasit pass. I guess we will see how ambitious/lazy I am today. The good news is, once we are …

I am pleased to announce that Baby Boy Sutton has a brain with all the parts, 2 eyes, a nose with 2 nostrils, lips, and a complete skull.
I, on the other hand, can’t tell time. I had my first (?) pregnancy related fit. I thought my appointment was at 10:20, so we got there at about 9:45am. 10:20 came and went and at about 10:45 I went up and politely asked how much longer it would be. They said “not long.” So I calmly went and sat back down. Then …
