Zev (out of nowhere): I old.
Jen: Oh really? How old are you?
Zev: Ummmmm. I old.
Jen: Are you two?
Zev: No, I five. I old.
Zev: I want popcorn.
Jen: Ok, how many pieces do you want?
Zev : I want ALL of it.
Jen: ALL of it?
Zev: Yeah. Not for Ocho.
Zev (naked in the pool, with bucket on head and standing perfectly still): I a water robot!
Jen: Wow! You’re a water robot?
Zev: No, I Zev.
Zev: I like tools. I love them. Yahoo!

Wow, am I just that lazy or have I been that busy that I couldn’t write a blog post for over 6 months? Maybe a combination of both… So much has happened since I last wrote. Zev is almost two! He has almost all his teeth! He has gone from saying a few words to truly speaking – he says so many words, hundreds probably, and he makes sentences and communicates concepts.
