This past weekend Jen and I decided to do some touristy stuff. It seemed like a good idea to get out and get acquainted with the city we now call home and see what all the buzz was about. Dinner with Lucas and Miriam on Saturday was a lot of fun. So much so, that we missed the last train home and had to navigate back via buses full of well liquored people. We spent a lot of time talking about cultural differences, adapting to London and our thoughts on the world. They’ve been here for about 7 years, so they dropped some major insight on us. So rather than blather on in one post about everything that happened this weekend, I’ll probably break it up into a few posts. For those who seek zero details though, here you go:
1. We officially have a flat. It is rented and we have keys and we are moving tings over the next week.

You forget that in Phoenix because you drive everywhere. Some of our most favorite people in the whole world lived 2 blocks away and they always drove over.
