It is the only pizzeria to be given the James Beard Award; it consistently tops the list for best pizza in the States, and it even has a 2-3 hour wait to get a table. So the real question is, is Pizzeria Bianco truly the best pizza? In a word, yes. A group of us went on Saturday night, arrived at 5pm and were seated around 8:30 or so.
